How to reschedule your session

You can reschedule your upcoming session on your account

If you cannot make your upcoming appointment, you can cancel in your Symmetrix Jane App account.

Open your Jane account by clicking here.

How to reschedule your upcoming session from email

After receiving email confirmation or reminder for your session, you can reschedule your session by choosing clicking account page

Rescheduling your session

Click the dropdown to the right of your name and choose reschedule

Rebook your session by choosing one that works
