Billing: paying, receipts, packages and refunds

It's easy to pay at Symmetrix. This is how it works.

How to pay for your private training or user fee

Contact your kinesiologist directly to pay for your sessions. The easiest way to get in touch is use FIRSTNAME@symmetrix.ca

Visa and Mastercard are accepted. Billing information is safely stored on our administrative system.

E-transfers are accepted and can be sent to kent@symmemtrix.ca

We do accept cash at both studios. Paying cash for your session can be arranged directly with your kinesiologist. Please bring correct change as change may not be available on site.

Do I need to leave my credit card information?

A credit card on file is by far the most convenient way to stay on top of billing. We keep credit card information on file for your convenience. Clients who have 1 no-show session will also be asked to leave their credit card on file.

Please get in touch with your kinesiologist to get your card on file.

Your Receipt

Your transaction receipt will be automatically emailed to you. You can request other types of receipts by emailing support@symmetrix.ca

Packages

Packages are purchased in advance of your sessions. By buying a package of sessions, you get a discount and we get reassurance that you will continue with your training. Check your remaining sessions in your client profile here.

For that reason we unfortunately don't refund packages.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are NOT available for packages. Please see our refund policy:

We confirm that there is a strict refund policy. We work on a scheduled appointment basis and therefore require that you provide at least twenty-four (24) hours’ notice when canceling a training session. If you cancel a training session with less than twenty-four (24) hours prior notice, then you will be charged for that session.

Please note: If you cancel an ICBC Sessions Active Rehab session with less than twenty-four (24) hours prior notice, then you will be personally charged for that session.

All training sessions are non-transferable and non-refundable.
